Distance learning is an individualized process of knowledge obtaining, acquisition of skills, introducing to methods of learning, the participants of the process are in different locations; the process is carried out in a specialized platform for distant education.

The scheduling of an academic year is performed as a year-long timetable for the learning process. The duration and time for different types of learning activities are determined by the schedule of classes, monitoring actions, and lecturers’ consultations. At the beginning of the academic year, a student gets an access to the materials of the distance course planned for the current academic year. During the first two weeks of academic year, the teachers’ online instructions about studying of disciplines are held. The schedule for synchronous and asynchronous meetings and study activities are provided to students before the beginning of each academic year.
